Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Custom or handmade items may require additional processing time. If this applies to your order, we will notify you of the estimated shipping date.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. All rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and your delivery address.
Domestic Shipping Within United States:
Standard Shipping: 2-5 days – $4.25
Expedited Shipping: 1-3 days – $9.50
International Shipping:
We are currently not shipping worldwide. We ship to the U.S.A. and Canada. Delivery times and rates may vary depending on the destination.
Standard International Shipping: N/A
Note: The recipient is responsible for Customs fees, duties, and taxes for international orders.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
4. Shipping Delays

5. Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or missing, please contact us at scout@thepurlingsquirrel.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
