Return Policy
At The Purling Squirrel, our mission is to provide you with high-quality products and excellent service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy as outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized products, digital downloads, and sale items are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at scout@thepurlingsquirrel.com with your order number and details about the product you'd like to return. We will respond within 3 business days with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3 business days.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at scout@thepurlingsquirrel.com within 7 days of receipt. Once we receive the returned item, we will arrange the exchange. Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us immediately at scout@thepurlingsquirrel.com with photos and your order details. We will be sure to provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
